We are growers of a beautiful natural product. Due to our years experience we can predict the likely time each variety will ripen and be at its best but the precise date is impossible to predict. This is because the timing of ripening is dependent on the weather we experience through spring and early summer. Rain prevents us from from picking because it causes damage to some of the fruit. It is best practice to allow the rain to pass and let the fruit 'settle' so that only premium cherries are packaged for your delivery. Fruit flavour, texture and other qualities vary from year to year. We cannot offer refunds for subjective qualities such as these.

Due to the unpredictability of the weather and the impact this can have on our crop, it is vital you provide a delivery address where the recipent can receive the box of cherries in the event of a delay of up to 3 business days. We will do our very best to get the cherries to the address provided in the time indicated when you order, but as mentioned above the weather can affect our ability to pick and process the cherries. If the weather prevents us from dispatching your fruit in the week indicated, we will contact you and discuss other arrangements. When completing the on line form please take care to complete an accurate address for delivery. We cannot take responsibility if there is an error in the address and other details provided. Of course if you discover you have made an error, do not hesitate to make contact. If it is possible to amend your order, we will.

We no longer offer delivery to rural addresses, this is because our courier company hand the boxes to Rural Delivery operators and there is no guarantee of delivery in a timely fashion. 

We proudly offer for sale the very best quality cherries available at the time of dispatch.

All transactions by Off Our Tree are in NZ Dollars and are GST inclusive. When placing an order through this website, your payment will be made immediately. We take your privacy very seriously. We do not keep you card details and all transactions are made through the secure payment pathway on our website.
